Three suites of productivity indicators are distinguished, 1 Those which are relatively obviously quantifiable and tangible such as: numbers of items processed, utilisation rates, annual profit, accidents, errors; 2. Indirect measures such as: staff attendance, turnover, health, stress, lateness, customer satisfaction, internal and external PR, customer complaints; 3.
