Notes	ID: ANON2000K; The home page for the ongoing research and teaching by Franklin Becker and William Sims, whose framework of $organizational ecology$,in which "the workplace is viewed as a complex ecosystem" most closely matches this reviewer's perspectives drawn from complex adaptive systems theory (c.f Price and Akhlaghi, 1998). Unfortunately perhaps for a reader who has read Becker's earlier the site adds little new, though it is a valuable resource for those who want an introduction. An essay on the sort of workplace adopted by new e-businesses which introduces a new research programme in the subject merits reading.$$ $$
