Is however an excellent summary of the essential steps if people are to 'buy-in' to changes, especially ones which involve a move to non-cellular environments. The stress on management attitudes, partcipation that is perceived as meaningful and communication is welcome. Indeed all the case studies of successes and failures in new work environments reviewed here identify the same factors as crucial.; RP: NOT IN FILE
