|Notes||ID: CLEMENTSCROOME2000F; This paper starts with the statement that productivity is dependent on " $good concentration, technical competence, effective organisation and management a responsive environment and a good sense of well-being",$p129. The paper goes on to discuss four criteria for assessment: validity, reliablity, freedom from bias, and practicality. Performance measurements are discussed further to include three categories, i.e. physiological, objective and subjective.
